Because of this and their reputation they have become extremely poplular with Christians particurally over the age of thirty five. Men and women of this age are generally more serious and looking for marriage and this is exactly what eHarmony specializes in. In fact this was voted the most liked site by Christian women in an online dating magazine. This is my favorite site for any Christian man or woman that is thirty five or over.
The Good:
- The largest and most respected dating webiste on the internet. They have the most members and are considered the kingpin of dating sites.
- The whole site is built around their compatability system (in which faith is one of the dimensions) that has a history of proven results matching all types of people from all areas and walks of life.
- You fill out a simple questionaire and they automatically start to send you matches based on your answers run through their system. You can review them all for free to see if there is anyone who interests you and then make contact by many different and unique ways.
- They have the most Christian members of any dating site on the internet. The quality, size, and reputation of eHarmony makes it very attractive to Christians who expect a pure soul from those in their life.
The Not So Good:
- Not the best for younger crowds or those who don't like large dating sites.
- The matching system is very effective and accurate but with the large membership you may find yourself with too many other Christians being matched to you. This can sometimes make people feel overwhelmed by internet dating.
Overall:
Being the biggest internet dating website that is out there, eHarmony should be considered by any Christian that is single and online. They have truly mastered the art of matching men and women based on their profiles. By asking the right questions they are really able to get a feel for their members and match them to others who not only have what you are looking for but who are looking for what you have to offer also. They are particurally focused on singles over the age of thirty so if you are from that age group you must join, if not you are really missing out on the possibility of meeting the love of your life.
